Return & Refund Policy — English

Customer satisfaction is very important to Shashi Beauty Bee Cosmetics. Please inspect your products as soon as you receive your order.

Returns Accepted When

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • A product that should be included in your order is missing.
24-Hour Notice

If any of these issues occur, contact us through WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and send clear photos or a video.

Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetics.
  • Products with the seal removed.
  • Products damaged through customer use.
  • Returns due to a skin reaction caused by incorrect use.
  • Returns due to a change of mind.

Refunds

After a return is approved, a replacement product or an appropriate refund may be provided depending on the case. Delivery charges are normally non-refundable. If the issue was caused by our mistake, we will provide a fair solution.

Return පිළිගන්නා අවස්ථා

  • වැරදි product එකක් ලැබී තිබේ නම්.
  • Product එක delivery කරන අවස්ථාවේදී damaged හෝ leaking තත්ත්වයක තිබේ නම්.
  • Order එකේ තිබිය යුතු product එකක් නොලැබී තිබේ නම්.
පැය 24ක් ඇතුළත දැනුම් දෙන්න

මෙවැනි ගැටලුවක් තිබේ නම් delivery ලැබීමෙන් පසු පැය 24ක් ඇතුළත WhatsApp හරහා අපව සම්බන්ධ කර clear photos හෝ video එකක් එවන්න.

Return කළ නොහැකි නිෂ්පාදන

සෞඛ්‍ය සහ hygiene හේතු මත පහත නිෂ්පාදන return හෝ exchange කළ නොහැකිය:

  • විවෘත කළ හෝ භාවිත කළ cosmetics.
  • Seal එක ඉවත් කළ products.
  • පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ භාවිතයෙන් damaged වූ products.
  • වැරදි ලෙස භාවිත කිරීමෙන් ඇති වූ skin reaction හේතුවෙන් කරන returns.
  • පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ කැමැත්ත වෙනස් වීම මත කරන returns.

Refunds

Return එක approve කළ පසු, replacement product එකක් හෝ සුදුසු refund එකක් ලබාදීම තත්ත්වය අනුව තීරණය කරනු ලැබේ. Delivery charges සාමාන්‍යයෙන් refund නොකරන අතර, අපගේ වැරදීමක් නම් ඒ පිළිබඳ සාධාරණ විසඳුමක් ලබාදෙනු ඇත.

يُقبل الإرجاع في الحالات التالية

  • إذا تم استلام منتج غير صحيح.
  • إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو به تسريب وقت التوصيل.
  • إذا كان هناك منتج مفقود من الطلب.
إشعار خلال 24 ساعة

في حال وجود أي من هذه المشكلات، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر WhatsApp خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب وإرسال صور أو فيديو واضح.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والنظافة، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال ما يلي:

  • مستحضرات التجميل المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
  • المنتجات التي تمت إزالة ختمها.
  • المنتجات التي تضررت بسبب استخدام العميل.
  • المرتجعات بسبب تفاعل جلدي ناتج عن الاستخدام غير الصحيح.
  • المرتجعات بسبب تغيير الرأي.

الاسترداد

بعد الموافقة على الإرجاع، يتم تحديد استبدال المنتج أو تقديم استرداد مناسب حسب الحالة. رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد عادةً، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا حيث سنقدم حلاً مناسبًا.
